Citation 9 includes pre-formatted Word and Word Perfect documents, with page headers, margins, etc., for research papers in APA and MLA style. Formatting styles for section headers and quotes are built in to the templates.

The templates are rtf documents you can create, save with a new name, and use as a guide for meeting the document style requirements.

Citation CDs also include the Dr Paper templates for Word. These templates install as a Dr Paper group on the Program menu, and offer a wider range of document templates, including templates for creating documents complying with special requirements for Dissertations. These templates include a built in Table of Contents page (based on section headings, that can be created by clicking in the Contents and pressing F9), table templates, List of Tables and Figures, and other paper sections (Approval page, Acknowledgements).
