The Main Edit window for Citation 9 includes a Quick Search box. You can enter a term in the text box to retrieve a list of all records containing the search term.

Citation 9 displays the first record matching your search, and displays the Search Results Dialog, with a list of all records in your datafile containing the search term:

QuickSearch uses the search criteria (for "Field to Search," "Contains / Does not Contain" you have defined in the Search for Record dialog. To change these settings, just clicking on the Search Definition Button.
